7.2. Warranty
We offer a 2 year warranty on all seams and buttons for House of Vinterberg products. Should a button break or a seam come undone, we will repair it free of charge.
Certain buttons or threads may not be covered under this warranty, and it may not always be possible to replace them with an exact match. Fabric-covered buttons are excluded, as the original materials cannot be sourced for repairs.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. For more details, please refer to Section 8.
8. Right to Claim (Danish Sale of Goods Act)
House of Vinterberg grants a 2-year right to claim under Danish law, protecting against manufacturing and material defects that arise during normal use.
This right does not include damage or defects resulting from improper use, inadequate maintenance, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Defects that should have been noticed upon standard inspection must be reported within a reasonable timeframe. Approved items may be returned for repair, exchange, or, where agreed, a credit.
9. Fabric Wear
Customers should be aware that House of Vinterberg suits and shirts are crafted from some of the world’s finest fabrics. Exceptional quality does not necessarily mean enhanced durability or resistance to wear.
Delicate fabrics are better suited for special occasions rather than everyday use. We recommend rotating garments if suits, jackets, or trousers are worn frequently.
Normal wear on high-friction areas such as knees, crotch, or elbows is to be expected. House of Vinterberg cannot be held liable for this type of natural wear.

12. Transfer of Risk
- The risk for the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
13. Breach of Contract
