As a customer of House of Vinterberg you earn a share of every purchase as cashback. It accumulates on your customer profile and is used on your next visit to the showroom.
Cashback is earned automatically when a purchase is registered on your customer profile. In the webshop when you are signed in, and in the showroom when we note you as the customer on the sale.
There is nothing to activate and no points to keep track of. The balance is in kroner, and under My account you can follow every earning and every redemption.
Purchases without a customer profile do not earn cashback. If you don't have a profile, we create one in a moment, in the webshop or in the showroom.
Your rate follows your total purchases with us. The longer the relationship, the larger the share of each purchase you get back.

Your cashback is active 14 days after the purchase, once the return period has expired. And it does not expire.
The 14 days follow the right of return: if a purchase is returned, the earned cashback is reversed. After that, the balance stays on your customer profile until you use it.
Your cashback is redeemed at the counter in the showroom. Mention it when paying and we deduct it from the amount.
The balance can cover up to the full purchase, and the rest stays on your profile. You can always see what is available, and what is on its way, under My account.
