House Credit.
As a customer of House of Vinterberg you earn a share of every purchase as House Credit. It accumulates on your customer profile and can be used in the Showroom and in the webshop.
How it works
House Credit is earned automatically when a purchase is registered on your customer profile. In the webshop when you are signed in, and in the showroom when we note you as the customer on the sale.
There is nothing to activate and no points to keep track of. The balance is in kroner, and under My account you can follow every earning and every redemption.
Purchases without a customer profile do not earn House Credit. If you don't have a profile, we create one in a moment, in the webshop or in the showroom.
Levels
Your rate follows your total purchases with us. The longer the relationship, the larger the share of each purchase you get back.

Maturing
Your House Credit is active 14 days after the purchase, once the return period has expired. And it does not expire.
The 14 days follow the right of return: if a purchase is returned, the earned House Credit is reversed. After that, the balance stays on your customer profile until you use it.
How to use your House Credit
Your House Credit can be used in both places. In the Showroom, mention it when paying and we deduct it from the amount. In the webshop, tick "Use my House Credit" in the checkout when signed in and it is deducted from the items. It covers the items, not shipping.
The balance can cover up to the full purchase, and the rest stays on your profile. You can always see what is available, and what is on its way, under My account.
