Your measurements.

The measurements your designer takes at the session: chest, waist, shoulders, sleeve and leg lengths and the other measurements the tailor needs for each piece. They are stored per piece, so a jacket and a pair of trousers each have their own set.

Under Your measurements on your account. You log in with a link we send to your email. Use the email you booked the session with, and we find your measurements automatically.

No. Your measurements are taken by your personal designer so we can stand behind them. If your body has changed, book a new session and we update them.

Until we take new ones. We are happy to measure again at your next visit if you are in doubt.

No. A piece made to your measurements is delivered in 3-5 weeks like everything else made to measure.

No. You pay the same as for the piece in a standard size.

No. A piece made to your measurements is made for you and is exempt from the right of withdrawal, so it can be neither returned nor exchanged. Instead you have a 30-day fit guarantee: if it does not sit right, our tailors adjust it at no charge.

If a made-to-measure piece is altered by our tailor, we update your stored measurements with the alteration, so the next piece is sewn to what actually fits. You can see the adjustment under Your measurements.

The measurements reach your account within a day of the session. If you still do not see them, write to info@houseofvinterberg.com and we will link them up.
