The materials and craft behind the clothing

Material and quality

The fabric is 100% linen and weighs 255 to 265 g/m². It is woven by TBM / TFM and belongs to the Casual collection. The colour is dove blue.

Design and fit

The jacket is single-breasted with notch lapel, two-button fastening, flap pockets and breast pocket. It is sold on its own and worn with trousers in a different colour. The jacket is tailored in House of Vinterberg's Showroom in Copenhagen and is available in sizes 46 to 64.

Styling

The linen jacket works for smart casual wear in summer. Combine with chinos, linen trousers or light wool trousers.

Natural fibres in half-canvas construction reward gentle handling - that keeps the jacket alive for ten years, not five.

Never home-wash. Only professional dry-cleaning when needed - typically once a season.
Curved wooden hangers. Preserve the shoulder line. Never metal or plastic.
Steam, don't iron. Hold 5-10 cm from the piece, move along the weave direction.
Cedar in the closet. Natural moth protection.
Rest between wears. Let the jacket rest 24 hours on a hanger.
