Material and quality

The fabric is 97% Virgin Wool with a subtle comfortable stretch and weighs 305 g/m². It is woven by HOV Collection and belongs to the Suitings & Jacketings II collection.

Design and fit

The overshirt has a point collar and a full button placket, with two bellows pockets with flap on the chest and side pockets in the seam. The overshirt is tailored in House of Vinterberg's Showroom in Copenhagen.

Styling

The overshirt is a light outer layer for smart casual, worn over a t-shirt, polo shirt or shirt.

Natural fibres in half-canvas construction reward gentle handling - that keeps the jacket alive for ten years, not five.

Never home-wash. Only professional dry-cleaning when needed - typically once a season.
Curved wooden hangers. Preserve the shoulder line. Never metal or plastic.
Steam, don't iron. Hold 5-10 cm from the piece, move along the weave direction.
Cedar in the closet. Natural moth protection.
Rest between wears. Let the jacket rest 24 hours on a hanger.
