The gilet is the sleeveless mid layer that keeps the body warm without binding the arms: over knitwear in autumn, under the coat in winter and on its own on the days where a full jacket is too much. It is built for Scandinavian weather, where one layer is rarely enough and a third is often too much.
You go through material and fit with one dedicated designer at the Showroom in Copenhagen, and the gilet is then made to your measurements with delivery in typically 3-5 weeks.
